Join our mission in fostering a direct and meaningful impact on communities through sustainable giving.
Headquartered in Cary, NC, JPSS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to collecting new or gently used clothes and distributing them to local communities in the US.
Our mission revolves around recycling supplies to support individuals, especially children pursing education, college students, and those seeking opportunities through interviews or jobs.
Join us in making a positive impact by contributing to a sustainable cause.
JPSS is a 100% youth run organization, committed to make monthly collections and shipments of clothing items reach directly to those in need.
Our organization operates with transparency, ensuring that there are no middlemen, your contributions reach the hands of the individuals who require them the most.
Help us foster a direct and meaningful impact on communities through sustainable giving.
At JPSS, our costs consist of shipping and transport, so donations are appreciated, and enable us to continue our mission of delivering clothing items to those in need. For monetary donations contribute via cash or check (payable to "JPSS Foundation"). For clothing donations, contact any of the numbers under "Our Team"
Want to help out more? Feel free to sign up as a volunteer, and get directly involved with JPSS, including helping collect, transport, and distribute clothing, and organizing events! The community calls to you for support!

the idea of JPSS ( composed from picking initial letter of the four names of our beloved parents) was born when they taught us the value of ethics, charity and environmental consciousness starting from our childhood. Supporting local underprivileged communities who needed good quality clothes but could not afford was on top of their minds.
Growing up, we learned the nuances of sustainability, recycling in clothing industry and that's when JPSS developed its mission with the guidance of our parents.
Sustainable clothing and recycling play a crucial role in mitigating environmental impact and promoting a more eco-friendly fashion industry. By choosing sustainable clothing, consumers support practices that minimize waste, reduce the use of harmful chemicals, and conserve natural resources.
Recycling clothing, on the other hand, helps reduce the massive amounts of textile waste that end up in landfills each year, where they can take centuries to decompose. Together, sustainable clothing and recycling encourage a shift towards a circular economy, where materials are reused and repurposed instead of being discarded. This not only helps preserve the planet but also promotes innovation in fabric production and garment construction, leading to more ethical and environmentally conscious fashion choices.
